Placing A Pre-Order

If you would like to preorder an item please be aware of the following:
    • All pre-orders are charged when the order is placed not when the order ships.
    • You will be notified via email when your pre-order ships. 
    • At this time, DefineMe Disney Princess Fragrances are only able to be shipped to addresses in United States or Canada.  We will notify people on our pre-order list when shipping becomes available in their region.
    • If for some reason you would like to cancel your preorder you may do so prior to shipment. After your order ships, please refer to the below listed preorder return policy. 
    • To cancel your pre-order prior to shipment please contact customer support.
    • For pre-order returns you have fourteen (14) days from the shipment date, not the order date, to make your return. Please follow our return policy listed here. 
    • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item you will only be charged for shipping once. You will not be charged when the preorder item ships.
    • The pre-order date listed on the product page is an estimate and is subject to change. We will update you if we receive more information on that estimated date.
    • DefineMe pre-orders are of highly anticipated product launches.  We receive hundreds of requests for these items and do our best to respond to all the customer questions concerning shipping updates.
