PAYMENTS
DEFINEME accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or certified cashier's checks, mail order or C.O.D.

RETURNS
All items ordered from us can be returned for refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of our invoice or packing list. Returned items must be unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (Exception: defective or mis-shipped merchandise will be replaced or fully refunded).
All promotional orders (i.e. buy one get one "BOGO" sale) and sale items are FINAL SALE. For BOGO orders, entire order will be considered a final sale.

If your item was purchased from another vendor you must return or exchange it through that vendor following their return policies. We ONLY accept returns or give refunds to items purchased on our official website definemefragrance.com. 
WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OR VIA ANY OTHER VENDOR, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 
If merchandise arrives damaged we require a photo of the damage and the condition of the packaging. Email the photo of the damage and write a short explanation of the damage HERE. Once we receive the photo and explanation of damage we will ship a replacement. Thank you for your cooperation. 

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of the order being placed via email HERE. If order cancellation request occurs after twelve (12) hours or after the order has been shipped, the order will be cancelled and funds will be returned when all products are returned unused to:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with cancelled orders after it ships from DEFINEME FRAGRANCE.

SALES & SPECIAL OFFERS 
From time to time, and at our sole discretion DefineMe will have sales or create special offers without prior notice to our customers.

If you have purchased an item from our website up to 7 days prior to the start of that sale, and assuming you do not return that item, either during that 7 day period or during the allowed return window after the end of the sale, DefineMe will issue a one time discount credit equal to the amount of the sale for us on your next purchase from DefineMe's website.

These credits are not automatic.  You must request them and provide proof of purchase via email within 7 days of the end of the sale.

Once approved, you will receive a discount code via email that will be valid for one year from the date of issuance equal to the amount of the sale for which you requested it.

This credit is for one use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any future sales, discounts or special offers within the valid period.  This credit is non-transferable or redeemable for any cash value.

SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT + CONTRACT OPERATIONS
We work with outsourced vendors for the supply of some of our products and components which are manufactured and assembled to our specifications. We strive to have our outsourced vendors and key suppliers confirm that they observe the following practices which protect labor rights and human rights:
Respect for their employees and treating those employees with dignity, applying humane, decent and fair practices.

Encourage diversity and avoidance of discrimination in the workplace.
Declare support for freely chosen employment and prohibit any form of forced labor.

Prohibit child labor under the legal age permitted by law in the country of operation.
Act in accordance with working hours as defined by local laws.

We aim to source all the materials used in our supply chain for the manufacture of our products in a way which upholds human rights. We expect our suppliers to engage in responsible sourcing practices, using verified sources where possible.
